1. Data we collect
During sign-up and use of the Service we collect email, name, company name (advertisers), display name and portfolio details (creators), and bank account details for settlement (when a transaction completes).
2. How we use it
We use this data to identify and authenticate members, broker advertiser–creator inquiries and contracts, process settlements, and send service notices. Any other use requires separate consent.
3. Retention
Data is deleted without delay upon account closure, except contract and settlement records retained for 5 years as required by applicable commerce laws.
4. Processors
We entrust data hosting to cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase), which process data only within the scope of that purpose.
5. Third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time via the contact below.
